Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Revivalists Monster VIP Bundle and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Tour – Our VIP Packages

How do I place my order?

All Revivalists Monster VIP Bundles must be purchased online. Tickets are on sale now as part of the Artist Presale and will not require a password or code to purchase. After you click BUY NOW next to your desired city, venue, and date, you will be directed to our ticketing partners to make and finalize your order.

Is there an age restriction for the Revivalists Monster VIP Bundle?

Age policies vary by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Any venues with age restrictions are noted on the homepage. We recommend checking your local venue’s website for the most up-to-date information before purchasing.

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket for the Revivalists Monster VIP Bundle?

Guests will have the opportunity to select either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket depending on the venue. Be sure to confirm you are purchasing your preferred ticket type.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets that allow entry to the event with no seats assigned to them. With a general admission ticket, you may be given a specific area to sit or stand in, but you won’t have a specific seat reserved for you Revivalists Monster VIP Bundle tickets include early entry to the venue (where available) which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue. 

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a 8 ticket limit for VIP tickets. 

How will I receive my Revivalists Monster VIP Bundle ticket for the show?

Revivalists Monster VIP Bundle purchasers will see ticket delivery options during the purchase process. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue. 

When will I receive information about VIP check-in?

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.

How will I receive my merchandise included in the package?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!

Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

Is parking included in the Revivalists Monster VIP Bundle?

Revivalists Monster VIP Bundle tickets do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.

Is there a bag policy?

Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Revivalists Monster VIP Bundle?

All Revivalists Monster VIP Bundle tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.

Red Rocks – Our VIP Packages

How do I place my order?

All VIP Packages must be purchased online. Tickets will be available during the Public Fan Presale on Tuesday, November 19, at 10 AM MT and will be available to the public on Wednesday, November 20, at 10 AM MT.  After you click ‘Buy Now’ next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partners to make and finalize your order.

Is there an age restriction for the VIP Packages?

There is no age restriction for any of these VIP packages!

How will I receive my VIP tickets for the show?

We have entered the digital age, and we’re going to make things easier for you. All tickets for The Revivalists at Red Rocks will now be digital. You will receive your digital tickets in your AXS account within a few weeks of the event taking place. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your travel package to receive your tickets in your AXS account. Please note, you will receive individual tickets for each show at Red Rocks through your AXS Account.

When will I receive information about VIP check-in?

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details are subject to change. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

How will I receive my merchandise included in the VIP package?

Is there a bag policy?

Single-pocket bags no larger than 13” wide, 15” tall and 8” deep can be brought into the venue. Small purses and fanny packs that are 6″ x 9″ or smaller, as well as hydration packs 2L or smaller, are also allowed. What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased VIP Package?

All VIP Packages are non-refundable, and The Rev Rocks Tunnel Tour and The Good Old Days VIP Experience in rows 2-4 are non-transferrable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.

Red Rocks – Our Travel Packages

How do I place my order?

All Revivalist travel packages must be purchased online. Packages will be available during the Public Fan Presale on Tuesday, November 19, at 10am MT and will be available to the public Wednesday, November 20, at 10am MT. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, to make and finalize your order.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website for travel packages shows both the price per person for a package and the full ‘per package’ price for two guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a travel package before December 20, 2024,, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan. See more details about the payment plan option below.

How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.

Is there an age restriction for the Revivalists travel packages?

Yes, to check in at the hotel, you need to be 21 or older. If you’re under 21, don’t worry! You can still stay in the room and enjoy the show, just keep in mind that the main person purchasing the Travel Package has to be 21 or older for the hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Is there a payment plan for the Revivalists travel packages?

Yes, there is an optional payment plan for travel packages! If you opt into the payment plan at checkout, an initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on December 20, 2024. If you purchase after December 20, 2024,, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. If you select ‘pay in full’ at checkout, no additional payments will be charged after your purchase!

Please note: the payment plan can only be chosen at the time of purchase. If you pay in full when your package is purchased, the payment plan cannot be opted into after the fact.

Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payment is due?

If you purchase prior to December 20, 2024, and are on the payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the December 20, 2024 due date, you can reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at customerservice@ticketstoday.com and they can assist you.

How will I know where my seats will be at Red Rocks Amphitheatre?

When purchasing your package, you will have the option to select GA or Premium Reserved tickets during the purchase process. If you select Premium Reserved seats, your specific seat locations will be displayed throughout the purchase process and in your purchase confirmation email.

How and where will I receive my tickets for The Revivalists at Red Rocks?

All tickets for The Revivalists will be digital. In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from AXS where you can claim your tickets to the show. Please note, you will need to click into this email and add your tickets to your AXS account. Tickets are delivered via AXS mobile ID, Will Call, or AXS Mobile ID with collectors ticket, with the default setting being AXS Mobile ID. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your Travel Package to access your tickets in AXS. If you experience any issues accessing your tickets there will be friendly and knowledgeable 100x Staff at each hotel on check-in day to assist with any questions.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

How will I receive my merchandise included in the package?

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Travel Package?

More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable, and The Rev Rocks Tunnel Tour Travel Package and The Good Old Days VIP Experience Travel Package in rows 2-4 are non-transferrable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, contact us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.

Red Rocks – Hotel Information

What time is check-in and check-out at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, viewable here. Kimpton Hotel Monaco check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am.

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

How many nights are included in my travel package? Can I book additional nights?

Your travel package is for one night! However, you will have the option to purchase an additional night for Wednesday, October 8th. This optional night will be available as an add-on during the purchase process, availability permitting.


If you would like to extend your stay even further, you will need to contact the hotel directly. If you wish to combine your reservations, please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. To request to connect your direct reservation with your travel package, please reach out to 100x prior to the Friday, September 12, 2025. See ‘Travel Package Requests’ for more details.

What parking is available at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco?

100x travel packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the Kimpton Hotel Monaco’s website.

How far is the Kimpton Hotel Monaco from the venue?

We chose this hotel not just because it’s comfortable and provides a high-quality guest experience, but also because of its close proximity to the venue. The Kimpton Hotel Monaco is 15.8 miles from the Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Roundtrip shuttle transportation will be provided for all travel package guests.

Will there be an incidental hold at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Please refer to The Kimpton Hotel Monaco’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?

We kindly request that you wait to reach out to your respective hotel with any specific requests until approximately 1-2 weeks before your check-in date. Please be assured that from our end, everything related to your reservation is confirmed. We typically share our updated rooming lists, including all guest information, with our hotel partners no earlier than one month prior to check-in day. Make sure to reference that it’s for your 100x travel package when reaching out to the hotel team!

Red Rocks – Travel Package Requests

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my Travel Package? If so, how can I do this?

During the purchase process, you are able to add the night of October 8th to your package, availability permitting.

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can contact us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.

I purchased a Travel Package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package request must be submitted to 100x via email Friday, September 12, 2025.

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your travel package in order to have the package holder information updated. Please contact us HERE with all of the information below prior to Friday, September 12, 2025, with the request – requests are not guaranteed.

Once you have notified us by Friday, September 12, 2025, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their event merchandise at the hotel, and claim the concert tickets associated with their Travel Package! 

If concert tickets are already in your AXS account, you will be responsible for ensuring those tickets are transferred over to the new package holder. Please find more details on how to transfer tickets via mobile and desktop on AXS’s website.

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation and show tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.

A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest.

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x HERE.

All requests must be submitted to 100x by Friday, September 12, 2025.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

In order to update your credit card information attached to your Travel Package payment method, please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at customerservice@ticketstoday.com and they can assist you.
